Using ArcGIS, provides the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with ongoing Flood Insurance Study (FIS) products – specifically Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and elevation profiles – using the National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL) database, in service to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Produces over 100 Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) maps, 65 LOMR profiles, and 23 accessory mapping products, as well as multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Employs satellite imagery to georeference work maps and annotated FIRMs. Revises, digitizes, creates, manipulates, and attributes NFHL feature class data for reporting, analysis, and publication. Uses spatial analysis to generate contours, and identify key data based on proximity.

Responsible for ensuring National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) regulatory compliance at Baltimore Washington International Airport through inspection, monitoring, and reparation of stormwater and Best Management Practices (BMP) structures in the watershed.
