Stanford University Land, Buildings, & Real Estate Stanford, CA
Geospatial Analyst – Maps & Records July 2019-June 2021

Stanford Maps & Records maintains a database of new and archived infrastructure maps including interior spaces, exterior building features, and underground utilities. Maps & Records serves as a spatial data resource for building managers, project managers, and contractors.

• Utilized AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro, & Oracle’s Spatial Database to update and maintain underground utility maps for 13 different utility networks on campus
• Used SQL to carry out custom queries for data access and manipulation
• Conducted 100+ drone flights in RGB, infrared, and multispectral wavelengths for solar panel efficiency surveys, civil infrastructure mapping, and vegetation health analyses
• Worked with project managers identifying utility conflicts and proposing solutions
• Located utilities in the field under Underground Service Alert System (USA North), to aid in construction projects

ArcGIS Pro Python Toolbox Development Project Los Angeles, CA
Student Project August – December 2021

Final project for my GIS Programming and Customization course at USC.

• Developed a custom Python Toolbox in ArcGIS Pro using Python, ArcPy, and ModelBuilder
• Given any DEM, the Solar Panel Suitability Tool outputs a raster where each cell value represents the feasibility of solar panel installation in Wh/m2
• The tool considers latitude, slope, aspect, and annual solar radiation to conduct the spatial analysis
• Defined a custom output symbology to produce a logical and insightful visualization

UCSB Earth Science Department Santa Barbara, CA
Debris Flow Mapping Assistant February – June 2018

Data collection team aiding Paul Alessio in his PhD thesis which analyzed the mechanics of geologic phenomena.

• Part of a team whose goal was to construct a model of the 2019 Montecito debris flow and analyze the mechanics of such natural processes
• Used handheld Trimble GPS units for precision mapping in the wilderness where satellite connectivity was often spotty
