GIS Transportation Planning Specialist

The Belomar Regional Council is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Wheeling, WV-OH MSA. We are seeking a person with GIS experience in Transportation Planning as well as infrastructure mapping.

This person will work with our Transportation Director and Engineering consultant to help develop our Long Range Transportation Plan and Transportation Improvement Plan.
